For established commercial brokers

Bring your book. Keep 100% of your split.

You built your clients. When you move them to DANESURE, you keep 100% of your split on every one of them from day one. Your level for new business is set by the book you bring. Our service team takes over the paperwork, so you can get back to selling.

Your level on new business

Your book sets your level. It rises as each client moves.

Every client you move counts toward your level the day it moves, when the broker-of-record letter takes effect or the policy is rewritten with us. The faster you bring your book over, the faster your share of the split on new business rises. Levels are never taken back while you stay active.

Straight answers

What brokers ask us.

Do I really keep 100% of my split on my book?

Yes. Every client you transfer pays you 100% of the split from the day it moves, on new business and every renewal after. DANESURE's 30% is the same on every policy at the agency. It pays for the carriers, our service team, technology and marketing.

Can I bring my book if I'm under contract?

That depends on your agreement. Captive agents often don't own their book, and many agency contracts include non-solicitation terms. We review your agreement with you before anything moves, and we only take clients you're free to bring.

Do my clients have to change carriers?

Not always. Where we have access to the same carrier, a broker-of-record letter can move the policy. Otherwise, we re-market the account and write it at renewal, often with better options.

What if I leave DANESURE later?

Policies written with DANESURE's carrier codes stay with the agency. For the clients you brought with you, you're free to approach them and place them elsewhere at their renewal. After 2+ years with us, you also keep a share of renewals for 24 months.

Do personal lines come with me?

DANESURE writes commercial lines only. Your home, auto and life business is yours to keep wherever you're appointed. We take no share of it.

What does it cost me?

No fees to join and no monthly charges. You carry your own E&O ($1M / $1M) and keep your Arizona license active.
